KUBO

The KUBO is the ideal alternative to the Europool-DB-Europool grid box (Gitterbox), which is often used for heavy goods and components, and for all applications with high requirements. The new Craemer box is made of PE and is extremely robust due to its solid construction whilst boasting a low tare weight. The KUBO is easy to empty, clean and dry, guaranteed corrosion-free, versatile, suitable for pooling and repairable. The box runs maintenance- and trouble-free on all conventional conveyor systems and is also suitable for automated high rack warehouses. Due to its closed walls, the KUBO offers maximum protection of the contents and boasts enormous stability and excellent stackability. Thanks to the steel reinforcements in the base, the KUBO is particularly suitable for heavy loads. L-shaped steel profiles on the long sides of the four-way box ensure – in addition to the additional ribs above the entry openings – increased impact protection against forklift tines.

Four exchangeable corner columns along the entire height reinforce the container
Ram protection through ribs and steel L-profiles on the sides, for increased resistance to forklift tines
Five steel profiles in the base ensure high stability even under heavy loads
External dimensions compatible with the metal grid box (Gitterbox) enable use in existing systems
Smooth interior walls for easy emptying and cleaning
Each corner is provided with one closed 10 mm floor drain port with drilling mark
Runs maintenance- and trouble-free on all conventional conveyor systems and is also suitable for automated high rack warehouses
Temperature resistant from -30 to +40 degrees Celsius, briefly up to +90 degrees, resistant to most chemicals and cleaning agents
Stippled area for temporary adhesive labels
External dimensions based on UIC 435-3
