With its sturdy construction and easy handling, the MGBneo400 400 l is the latest addition to the Craemer Group's range of four-wheeled wheelie bins. This container is a cost-efficient solution for medium-sized waste volumes and is suitable for both, municipal waste collection and industrial applications. This innovative and efficient 400-litre model is now available as standard and comes with a variety of lids and insertion systems for different applications.

The 400-litre wheelie bin complements the product range and fits harmoniously into the product family alongside the medium-sized 2-wheel bins with a volume of up to 360 litres and the larger 4-wheel bins with a volume of 660, 770 or 1100 litres.

All of Craemer's large wheelie bins represent innovation, efficiency, robustness and sustainability. They are made of robust, hard-wearing, recyclable polyethylene (PE) and are designed with many smart features for daily use in tough conditions. They comply with the DIN EN 840 and RAL-GZ 951/1 (GGAWB) standards, carry the “Blue Angel” eco-label as standard and are noise-insulated in accordance with Directive 2000/14/EC.

Designed for municipal waste disposal contractors and industrial applications

The four-wheeled, 400-litre MGBneo⁴ bin is primarily intended for municipal waste disposal companies and industrial users. This new container solution complements the existing product range in both segments, providing an alternative with a long lifespan for use in various collection applications.

With a volume of 400 litres, the bin is ideal for separately disposing of hwousehold waste, such as residual waste, paper, plastic, glass and organic waste. To this end, the bin can be fitted with separation ranges to adapt it to the local collection systems.

Another possibility is its use as a container at commercial and communal collection points. In this case, it can be used to collect residual and recyclable materials, such as plastic, cardboard and tins, as well as heavier waste, such as glass and organic materials.

Cost-efficient solution for medium waste volumes

The MGBneo⁴ 400 has a usable volume of 400 litres. This makes it a cost-effective solution for locations with moderate waste volumes, helping to optimise emptying frequencies. Features such as a reinforced base and ergonomic handles make it the ideal waste disposal container for the public and private sectors. Thanks to its four wheels, it can be handled more easily during waste collection – an asset in cities with narrow streets and limited space.

Standard version and variants

The standard version has four 200 mm swivel castors; 160 mm castors are available as an optional extra. The standard bin is also equipped with optimised, robust lid pins for quickly and easily fitting or removing the lid. This model is based on the lid design of the 660-litre bin, which has a proven handle and corner design. Its double-curved surface directs rainwater to the sides and rear. To reduce noise, the lid can be fitted with up to eight dedicated inserts as an optional extra. The bin has ergonomic handles on all sides and reinforced corner areas to improve handling and enhance structural stability.

As with other models in the MGBneo⁴ series, the 400-litre version can be adapted to different collection and disposal concepts using various optional lid variants and insertion systems.  These include a glass aperture with a flexible rubber insert, a paper aperture for inserting large items, a cardboard aperture, and a lid-in-lid solution with a separate small opening flap. The dimensions of the apertures comply with the latest requirements for collecting separated recyclables.

To enable digital traceability, the lower part of the upper edge profile of the bin body incorporates an RFID compartment in accordance with the RAL standard for 4-wheel bins. The surrounding ribbing in this area provides additional stability and ensures the edge profile remains rigid. A standard drain plug can be inserted into the base area as required. For applications involving frequent lid use, Craemer offers a hygienic foot pedal opener in a mounting kit. When the pedal is pressed, the lid opens automatically via a rod assembly, eliminating the need for manual intervention.
