The Craemer Group has adapted the technology and design of the 60- and 80-litre large wheelie bins (MGB type) to bring them in line with the rest of the MGBneo family. Drawing on proven components from the existing portfolio, the designers have combined them with sophisticated details and user-friendly handling, as well as a contemporary, functional design. Optimised wall thickness and integrated reinforcement in the lower body significantly enhance the bins' stability. Overall, the entire Craemer portfolio of containers now has a completely consistent appearance.

The MGBneo series of large wheelie bins from Craemer comes in a variety of sizes and for a range of applications. These range from 2-wheel bins with a capacity of 120 litres to 4-wheel bins with a capacity of up to 1,100 litres. The 60- and 80-litre bins, which have been part of the range for decades, are now being redesigned based on the MGBneo series of 2-wheel bins with up to 360 litres. This creates a harmonious and consistent look for the Craemer portfolio of containers, from the smallest to the largest bins.

Proven design elements – consistently enhanced

The further enhancement of the MGBneo 60- and 80-litre bins was based on a comprehensive market and product analysis. Craemer engineers systematically compared common bin models with respect to dimensions, geometry, stability and handling, incorporating the results directly into the new design.

The wall thickness of the new bins have been optimised for greater stability with efficient use of materials. The new MGB 60/80 bins feature characteristic reinforcements on all four sides of the lower body, which enhance stability further.

Another proven feature is the ergonomic handle: it has a diameter of 30 millimetres which allows even a fully loaded bin to be handled comfortably. The 60-litre and 80-litre bins are available with two identification clips in different colours on the lid, which can be used to clearly identify different types of waste or collection systems. Like the larger MGBneo models, the new generation of 60- and 80-litre bins feature proven lid bolts. These allow the lid to be mounted or replaced quickly and easily.

These features contribute to the bins' high practicality, ease of use and economical operation, thus meeting essential requirements for municipal and commercial use.

Multiple equipment options to meet individual requirements

The newest members of the MGBneo family feature external wheels, a steel wheel axle and rubber-tyred wheels measuring 200 millimetres in diameter. They are also available in a variety of colours.

The bins can be equipped with various equipment options, including clips, locks, and a printing area for logos, labels, or series markings. They can also be provided with up to two noise insulation plugs in the lid or an RFID transponder in the comb strip for container identification.

They are made of robust, hard-wearing, recyclable polyethylene (PE) and comply with the DIN EN 840 and RAL-GZ 951/1 (GGAWB) standards. Like all MGBneo models, they are certified with the “Blue Angel” eco-label and come with noise insulation as standard in accordance with Directive 2000/14/EC.
