CanPal® German

The CanPal^® German has been specially developed to meet the requirements of the beverage industry. It is precisely tailored to standard industry stacking dimensions, conveyor lines and lorry loading patterns. With external dimensions of 1250 x 1180 x 133 mm, the CanPal^® is ideal for use in can production, at beverage manufacturers, in logistics centres and for export.

The manufacturing process developed by Craemer permanently connects the upper deck and runners, resulting in a level of stability equivalent to that of a one-piece pallet. The particularly robust design of the pallet blocks enhances their resistance to breakage under heavy loads, impact and deformation, ensuring a long service life in daily industrial use.

The CanPal^®’s close-meshed upper deck ensures optimum load distribution and a high level of process reliability in automated operations. Heavily ribbed runners ensure maximum stability and durability, whilst the targeted reinforcement of the lower edge of the upper deck above the entry openings provides additional protection when securing loads – particularly when using strapping tapes.
