The HB3 plastic bulk bins are a true novelty on the market as they are the first completely solid bulk containers with welded runners. They combine two high-quality elements that are each produced in one-shot injection molding and then welded with an almost invisible yet strong contour-milled welding seam. The result is a rigid and durable bulk container that is ready for any challenge. The design purpose of these plastic bulk bins was to create a highly hygienic bin for sensitive application areas that nonetheless delivers a first-class handling performance thanks to a well thought-out construction. With its minimal ribbing and rounded shapes, as well as the clean lines, the HB3 plastic bulk bins have no cavities or ribs and can therefore provide reliable protection against contamination or water ingress. Emptying and cleaning is also easy thanks to this smooth design. The double-walled side walls above the entry openings increase impact protection in daily handling processes. The logistics workflow and handling in automated processes, such as conventional conveyor systems or even in edge-rack warehouses, is made possible due to a reduced entry height and a high dimensional stability. The HB3 plastic bulk bins are compatible with a variety of other plastic bulk bins thanks to an integrated circumferential stacking step in the top and bottom rim.
