The E3 / E3-5 industrial size pallet with integrated reinforcement profiles is a new addition to the Craemer plastic pallet portfolio, aimed at becoming an indispensable part of the intralogistics of many industries. The rackable pallets offer exceptional robustness and shock-resistance thanks to high wall thickness and an overall robust construction. Paired with six metal profiles (four lengthwise and two crosswise), they convince with a high load capacity for heavy-duty applications and great stability along both the long and short sides. The straight center runners without any recesses or notches ensure a strong connection to the pallet body and reliably prevent stress fractures or fissures in daily handling. This heavy-duty plastic pallet convinces as a durable solution for any application - from automated conveyor processes to edge racking.

E3-5 pallet as Zero Virgin

The Zero Virgin pallet option is made from 100% recycled plastic. Its material is recovered from discarded plastic products, processed in the company’s own extrusion machinery, and refined. As a result, the Craemer polymer blend "Zero Virgin" maintains its exceptional quality and - just like the recyclable E3-5 Zero Virgin - remains an integral part of the production cycle.

Characteristics:
- Available with 3 runners (E3) or 5 runners (E3-5)
- Rackable pallet with high load-bearing capacity for heavy-duty applications
- Load-bearing capacity of up to 3,100 lbs in edge rack thanks to six metal profiles
- Dimensionally stable with first-class bending properties, ideal for roller conveyors and automated edge rack warehouses
- Chamfered edges on both sides of all runners for easy forklift handling
