Accumulators and batteries containing lithium require highly sensitive handling. Strict laws limit the risks deriving from these potentially flammable components. For logistical processes surrounding production, storage, transport and disposal of accumulators and batteries, the plastics pioneer Craemer has designed robust pallet boxes made of high-quality polyethylene (PE). Perfect: the UN pallet boxes CB1 and CB3 for dangerous goods.
Construction work in cold, ice and snow – the winter months are a great challenge for the building and civil engineering sector. Advances in technology as well as the development of new materials and products mean that construction sites can now run smoothly almost without interruptions, even during the winter months. With more than 60 years of know-how in plastics processing, the Craemer Group is actively contributing to this trend – with its range of high-quality products made from injection moulding. For the construction sector, the family-owned company offers a robust range of pallets, boxes and containers made of pure polyethylene (PE). All products are easy to handle, load and fill, empty and clean.
Proving to be extremely robust – even at high trip rates: the CB3 pallet box, a combination of pallet and box made by Craemer. A large German-Polish meat processing company discovered this plastic pallet box by chance. It left such a good impression that the company immediately placed an order with the Craemer group's German headquarters via its representative office in Poland. Besides being durable, these resistant boxes have to meet the highest hygiene requirements of the kebab producer: They are used to transport animal by-products which are converted into animal feed. After successful test runs, the company is now gradually replacing its entire stock of containers from a competing company whose boxes were previously used and have proven inappropriate for this demanding task.
In addition to hygiene and safety, durability and economy also play a significant role in producing, filling and packaging of beverages. Craemer Group, a world leader in plastic logistics solutions, has developed a new generation of sturdy, hygienic, non-slip beverage pallets. Also interesting for the beverage industry: pallet boxes from Craemer.
Hygiene is a crucial factor in technical and logistical processes involving pharmaceutical and chemical products, food and cosmetics. Craemer, pioneer in plastics processing, has developed the new HB3, a pallet box entirely made of PE: hygienic, robust, ideal for this sector.
The production of Roquefort, the traditional blue cheese with protected designation of origin (PDO) from southern France, is a delicate process. A manufacturer of this sheep's milk speciality needed a food-safe and robust plastic pallet specially designed for the extremely demanding transport of this cheese speciality during its various stages of production. The French cheesemaker turned to Craemer France Sarl, a sales company of the internationally operating Craemer Group. At its German headquarters, Craemer, a pioneer in injection moulding with decades of experience in plastics processing, customised its CS1 pallet model to meet the customer's special requirements. After delivering 15,000 load carriers made of pure-grade polyethylene (PE), the Roquefort cheese – with an average annual production of 10,000 tonnes –can be safely transported.
A trouble-free internal material flow is one of the essential factors for efficient production of components for the automotive industry. Errors and faults in transport and storage systems result in time-consuming and costly interruptions. The Craemer Group, internationally established supplier to the automotive industry, is one of the leading manufacturers with large-scale production of automotive modules made of metal and large-volume load carriers made of plastic.
More than 15,000 readers of materialfluss, a German publication for logistics and intralogistics, have cast their vote. On March 16, the winners of the readers' choice were announced in the first of a total of seven categories. Among the winners in the storage and picking technology category is Craemer with the TC Palgrip®. The completely closed plastic pallet with the unique, full-surface anti-slip coating on the upper deck is PRODUCT OF THE YEAR 2022!
The success of the fishing industry depends on various factors, quality and reliability: from the fishing vessel and the crew to the processing and logistics systems on land and at sea. Craemer fish boxes have been an integral part and essential guarantor for safe and smooth operations in this process chain for more than 40 years.
Reliable transport and logistics systems with professional palletising and container loading require durable, practical and economical solutions for storage and transport of freight and trade products from A to B in a quick and smooth manner, without damage. With the new EURO L1®, the Craemer Group has developed a sustainable and robust plastic pallet that fulfils even the most demanding requirements in the transport and logistics trade.
Large-volume plastic containers are indispensable aids in the internal and external logistics of the meat sector and numerous other industries. Solutions that save on space and costs are particularly in demand. Craemer's new Economic Transport Box offers all this. Thanks to the optimised stacking system, the stable 300-litre rotary stacking container can be stacked easily and safely. In addition, when these boxes are nested once they are empty, they bring about an impressive space reduction of around 70 percent.
The Craemer Group offers beverage industry pallet solutions that are specifically designed to meet customers' needs. The particularly high resilience and stability of these pallets guarantee safe handling in internal and external beverage logistics.
Plastic pallet boxes are the ideal solution for storing and transporting products and bulk goods of all kinds – provided the containers are robust, stackable, easy to transport and easy to clean. The new SB3 pallet box from Craemer meets these requirements and more. Its single-mould production and a particularly stable construction also make it extremely durable.
The Craemer Group with headquarters in Germany is now presenting its latest product development: the large-volume CB3 High pallet box with a capacity of around 1,000 litres. The CB3 High was designed specifically to allow for even more efficient transport of particularly large quantities or bulky goods. The large load carrier is moulded in one piece and boasts a high level of stability and resistance, while the sophisticated design ensures everyday ease of use.
Hygiene is the highest priority in meat production and processing – a requirement that is perfectly ensured by the completely closed plastic pallets of Craemer's TC series. For absolutely reliable load securing, all models within the TC range are now optionally available with a full-surface Palgrip® anti-slip deck. Equipped with Palgrip®, the TC pallet is up to meet all the challenges in the meat industry.
Craemer Group, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of high-quality and long-lasting plastic pallets, has released the CR4-5, the newest 48’’ x 40’’ pallet model within its CR series, well-known for its sustainability and heavy-duty load capabilities.
One clever way to expand the use of Euro pallets is to combine them using pallet collars. The result is a stable and reusable packaging unit that ensures loads are reliably protected while avoiding packaging waste and thus saving on disposal costs. And integrated handles, movable locking elements and a sophisticated folding mechanism all make the new CC1 Euro pallet collar from Craemer particularly easy to handle. Other advantages include variable application options, enormous volume reducibility and slip resistance.
Herzebrock-Clarholz/Oelde/Rheda-Wiedenbrück.
