Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) – a key phrase whenever you are looking for a logistics solution for the automotive or electronics industry.
The carbon conductive pallet is made from special material to give the desired anti-static effect. Only a plastic pallet with conductive properties presents the ideal complement to conductive crates and is able to protect components from being affected by electro-static charge and electric fields. Thus Craemer has designed the H1-L (the letter L standing for the German word “leitfähig” which means conductive) to meet the special demands of these industries also taking into consideration the requirements of their suppliers with regard to a refined logistics system.
As the construction of the H1-L is open deck, it is easily cleaned.
It is available with open or closed runners welded with 0.3 inches plates and therefore especially suitable for use in racking systems.
Volume resistivity less than 106 Ω according to DIN 53428 and IEC 61340.
