16.500 pounds static load, 3.300 pounds dynamic load and 2.800 pounds in a racking system. There is no doubt that this pallet is ideal for the complex handling of heavy loads in racking systems and automated processes. Special integrated reinforcement profiles ensure high stabilty and performance. Using the 868 MHz UHF transponder technology, each CR1 is supplied with twoo integrated chips. The CR1 with integrated transponders is branded with PalControl and the perfect link to RFID-technology. PalControl is Craemer´s concept which includes customer service, transport of load carriers as well as integration of RFID-technlogy into the customer´s logistic systems. The unique antislip topdeck provides safe stacking of empty pallets and significantly reduces the problem of plastic on plasic when using trays and crates in transit. However, additional rims are an option, to further optimise load safety. On request the bottom deck area can be supplied with an anti-slip coating.
