People play a central role for Craemer – as employees, customers and sales partners. With their wealth of experience, qualifications and motivation they are the key to innovative strength. For this reason job-training and further training courses are traditionally a central part of Craemer’s staff program, whereby experience and skills are constantly being passed on to new staff members. Apprentices are schooled in the well-appointed training workshop at the group headquarters.

In this connection long-term relations, continuity and reliability all play an import role in helping to develop strategies, which determine the market.
