Personnel development within the Craemer Group


Every company is as good as its employees, the company’s development thus borne by the motivation and ability of each individual. But how are these encouraged, how can the company and its employees grow side by side and jointly benefit therefrom?

Job training
A qualified apprenticeship should mark the beginning of every working life. The Craemer Group trains young people in technological and commercial lines of work with the focal points on tool mechanic and industrial clerk. In addition, the company is currently promoting a couple of young employees who are about to complete the so called binary studies in which a training as industrial clerk is combined with a degree in business studies at polytechnics.

Advanced training and support
Craemer offers diverse training modules to extend the professional, linguistic and personal competence. These are combined to individual support schemes which accompany and support the respective employee throughout his or her occupational career.

Top Employer 2009

The Paul Craemer GmbH is one of the top 100 employers in the German small and medium-sized business. This is the result of the latest analysis of the nationwide, inter-branch benchmarking “Top Job”. The Institute for Leadership and Human Resources Management of the University of St. Gallen scrutinized the quality of the participating employers in a two-stage procedure: an online questioning of the staff regarding their job satisfaction and an assessment of the management tools used in human resources.
