Craemer comprehensively expands its range of pallets
The successful pallet specialist has expanded its high-performance range of returnable pallets by adding two new product lines. With the new "TC" and "D" series, Craemer once again sets new standards in pallet logistics.
The "TC" pallet is the name given to the new closed deck pallet from Craemer. At the same time, "Totally Closed" is the main feature of this new pallet as hygiene is its absolute strength. The TC is the first closed deck pallet on the market which, through its extremely high level of resistance toimpact damage and breakage, satisfies the user’s expectations by performing to a high standard in many environments time after time. In hard everyday applications, the "TC" offers unparalleled durability and load capacity in comparison to all other closed deck pallets. With this development, Craemer has succeeded in achieving a totally new quality standard in the market for closed deck pallets.
Among other things, this exceptional durability is made possible by Craemer’s new weld geometry (patent pending) of the upper and lower deck. In the manufacturing process, this produces solid and uniform wall thicknesses and there are no structural weaknesses. This ensures that the pallet remains completely closed on a permanent basis; Water has no chance of entering.
Dirt and other impurities are minimized due to completely closed surface areas on the upper and lower sides of the deck. The "TC" pallet is extremely easy to clean and as such, meets all the hygiene requirements of the market.
Another key feature is the high load capacity of the "TC" pallets. Able to bear loads of 1250 kg in the high bay rack, it is able to satisfy the user’s expectations as a load carrier for heavy loads. Steel reinforcements are used where there is a need to handle loads of 1500 kg or more. As required, these are inserted into the load carrier on an optional basis during the manufacturing process.
The runners are also a highlight: The high quality of the runner design is unique in the marketplace and the fitting of chamfered approach edges to all runners is of special note, as it makes the use of fork lift trucks significantly easier.
The "TC" pallets are available in various designs, e.g. as 3 or 5 runner variants, as well as with outer rims at various heights or, alternatively, without edges altogether.
The closed deck Craemer "TC" pallets correspond to the mechanical and hygienic requirements of customers in all respects. They serve an extremely long life and enable pallet handling which is completely free from errors, simple and, consequently, efficient.
A real milestone in the company's history: The "TC" pallet is the first ever closed deck pallet from Craemer.
With the development of a lightweight pallet, Craemer encounters completely different logistical demands made within the market. Originally conceived as a modern successor to the successful "C4C" pallet, Craemer has developed a genuine innovation with the "D" lightweight pallet. Unique features create a whole new generation of lightweight pallets, the likes of which have not been available in the market up until now.
First of all, the Craemer "D" lightweight pallet amazes the user by combining a lower tare weight with high load capacity. With a tare weight of 14 kg, the "D" pallet is an ultra-lightweight high-grade returnable pallet.
At the same time, it offers a load capacity of up to 1,000 kg in the high bay rack. This is made possible by strengthening sections which can be optionally used in the pallet depending on the load requirement. The special feature: These sections can be retrofitted and can also be removed again. As such, the "D" range is versatile and can be used in various capacities from a solid base pallet to an extremely reliable load carrier. Depending on the practical requirement, the user can respond flexibly to the type of pallet which is used.
Another key feature of the "D" pallet is that it is equipped for the future with RFID technology: The transponders are placed in so-called 'transponder pockets' and can always be retrofitted on a flexible basis. These provide permanent protection for the transponders from external influences such as moisture .
Apart from the many equipment features which are optional or can be retrofitted, the "D" pallets are available in many designs: As 3 or 5 runner variants made from from high quality HDPE, from virgin grade material or from regenerate material.
The pallets can be equipped without an outer rim as well as with various edge heights. All runners are fitted with chamfered approach edges for better handling with fork lift trucks. Designed so that they are extremely easy to clean, the Craemer "D" lightweight pallet does not have any recesses. With its many features, the "D" lightweight pallet very much responds to the individual requirements of the market. It offers the user maximum flexibility and performance for very effective pallet logistics. Together with its attractive price-performance ratio it sets new standards in the market for pallets.
